It's time for your son or daughter to become the CHAMPION God wants them to be!
"You are a CHAMPION!" The purpose behind this phrase, is to remind everyone that they are unique and that God has awesome plans for their lives. Coach Zack Stoutimore and his team have been speaking this message to young people for many years.
With TWO full basketball courts, 12 hoops, and bleachers that can hold a few hundred people, in past camps we've run close to 200 campers in attendance! This year we are limiting the camper count to 130 so that the kids have the space and get the attention they need from our coaching staff. We also VERY excited to welcome children from the community in for what will be an AMAZING week!
Our first Basketball Camp at New Hope was in 2019 (although our Pastor did host this camp for several years at a church in Clearwater), where we welcomed more than 50 children each day -- and see how we've grown! The boys and girls who come learn the fundamentals of basketball with Coach's team, and then have special group time with Coach himself as he imparts LIFE SKILLS into them as well.

In years past, the camp was called Destiny Basketball Camp. This year we have changed the name to Champions Basketball Camp, and are keeping the leadership team local, with coaches and staff that are part of area high school and college sports, and staff from FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) of Pinellas County. FCA staff minister weekly to over 4,000 athletes and students on every high school campus in the county!

This year's camp is 9am-Noon, Monday-Friday, June 10th-14th with a special exhibition games and awards program that starts at 6pm on Friday. Whole families came out for this special evening last time, with lost of fun and food available for all! Open to all boys and girls going into 1st-12th grade (special advanced training for High Schoolers).
Each camper receives:
🏀 quality instruction from High School and college-level coaches,,
🏀 daily life-skills learning to help shape life off the court,
🏀 opportunity to win trophies and awards throughout the week
🏀 drinks and snacks each day (we keep them hydrated!), and
🏀 a camp t-shirt!
Again, we are capping registration at 130 campers this year, so make sure to jump in when registration opens for you! The registration button will only work when registration goes LIVE!
